In addition to online arrangements by our concierges through phone or email, we collaborate with our butler service to offer comprehensive, personalized support. Our butlers can directly visit your specified location to carry out tasks, providing seamless and visible service with meticulous attention to detail, all through a one-stop solution.
Note: In some cases, your assigned concierge may also serve as your butler.
Accommodating Clients with Restricted Mobility or Confidentiality Needs, Including VIPs
Our unique concierge service is capable of catering to VIP clients who face various restrictions due to security or confidentiality concerns. Whether it involves large-scale projects, matters requiring utmost discretion, or interactions limited to verified individuals, our team and concierges handle all arrangements, tasks, and contracts with meticulous care on behalf of the client.
Note: Clients are required to provide us with their name and relevant information.
Examples of Requests We Handle:
- Chartering a private jet to arrange a surprise family trip that everyone can genuinely enjoy.
- Visiting the home of a family member living abroad who seems unwell, accompanying them to a hospital if necessary, and providing a detailed report of the doctor’s diagnosis.
- Attending a wedding as a representative and delivering a congratulatory speech when the client cannot attend.
- Ensuring overnight travel from Tokyo at 1 a.m. to arrive in Osaka in the morning.
- Assisting in locating a child who hasn’t returned home by the expected time.
- Preparing necessary documents and accompanying the client to close an overseas bank account.
- Disposing of household items by identifying appropriate buyers or disposal companies and supervising the process.
- Delivering a forgotten item left at home to a client traveling overseas.
- Securing a low-risk meeting venue for a confidential discussion to prevent eavesdropping.
- Arranging musicians for a salon concert hosted at the client’s residence.
- Conducting research and managing the drilling process to establish a natural hot spring at a private vacation home.
- Recommending appropriate consultants or tutors for kindergarten or elementary school entrance exams for children.

Notes
This service exclusively covers the provision of concierge services. Additional expenses, such as fees for professional services, butler services, purchase costs, and transportation, will be charged at actual cost.
If the assigned staff is required to work outside the office, travel time from our office to the destination and back, as well as standby time, will be calculated as part of the working hours.
The concierge service fee is calculated with a minimum charge equivalent to one hour per request. For concierge or butler services performed on-site at the client’s specified location, the minimum working time is set at five hours per day. Even if the service is completed within five hours, charges will be calculated for the full five hours.
Services rendered outside of standard hours will be handled on a best-effort basis. In such cases, services between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM will incur a 1.25x surcharge on the standard rate, while services between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM will incur a 1.5x surcharge.
Regarding terms and conditions, the Concierge Service Business Contract will take precedence as the governing agreement.
