Process for Starting Butler service
Submit a service proposal
- Based on your requests, we present you with a proposal outlining the specific services and schedule.
- We provide a profile of the butler’s skills, work experience, areas of expertise, etc., to give you a clear image of the service we provide.
- If you have any additional requests or questions regarding our proposal, we manage them at this stage.
Confirmation of intention for the contract and final adjustments
- We confirm your final intention to enter into the contract.
- We make the final adjustments and confirmations regarding your desired service start date and service scope.
- We follow up to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding the contract.
Conclusion of confidentiality agreement and formal contract
- We provide you with a formal contract and non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
- Please review the contract details, service details, and privacy policy again and then sign and stamp them.
- Once the contract is signed, both parties review the details.
Pre-service meeting
- After the contract is concluded, we meet with the butler in charge to discuss the details and rules of the service.
- This include reviewing the butler’s usual locations, clothing requirement, and confidentiality, for the purpose of deepening mutual understanding.
- We clarify the procedures and contact methods for responding in case of emergency or trouble.
Customer Satisfaction Follow-up
- We have the opportunity to periodically interview our customers regarding their usage status and satisfaction with our services.
- If customer’s lifestyle or requests change, we consider suggestions for improvements or new services.
- Based on the content of customer consultation and opinions, we share it internally and conduct continuous follow-up so that it can be used to maintain and improve the quality of our services.
