Naoyuki Arai (あらい なおゆき) is the Founder and President & CEO of Butler & Concierge Japan, Inc. He also serves as Representative Director of the Japan Butler Association and Principal of the Japan Butler School.

In 2008, Naoyuki Arai founded Butler & Concierge Japan, Inc., a company dedicated to providing butler, concierge, and housemaid services to the ultra-wealthy and high-net-worth individuals, and he continues to lead the firm today. Recognized as Japan’s foremost authority on butler service, he has devoted more than 20 years to serving affluent clients in Japan and around the world.
Drawing on his extensive experience and insight as a professional butler, he provides corporate training, lectures, and consulting on the affluent-client business, Omotenashi, and hospitality. As Representative Director of the Japan Butler Association and Principal of the Japan Butler School, he is also committed to developing the next generation of butlers.
